To the Editor:
I just reread the March 3 article “Opposition Develops on Long Beach Island Over Wind Farm Plans.” First, let me make clear that I am in favor of comprehensive environmental assessments of all large infrastructure projects. If Tokyo Electric Power Co. had done a competent environmental study, the disaster at Fukushima 10 years ago would not have happened. (That’s another story.)
I do not know if Atlantic Shores has completed such a comprehensive analysis.
