Think for a moment about whales and offshore wind development – unprecedented whale deaths, 13 since December, while offshore wind geotechnical testing is ongoing despite the calls for it to cease until we investigate and know the cause for the deaths. And, we are not yet dealing with impacts from construction and operation of the windmills.
