A massive win was declared by the Little Egg Harbor Township Committee when the town received a coastal resiliency grant from Ocean Wind 1 in the amount of $720,000.
Ocean Wind is an offshore wind farm that would be located 15 miles off the coast of southern New Jersey and is still in the research stage of development, putting it roughly four years away from actual installation.
