The 25th annual Wildflowers Dog Show will be an afternoon of wagging tails and tough competition for the “best kisser” award, but it’s also a festive community gathering to give back to a common cause. The dog show will take place on Thursday, Aug. 13 at the Kirk O. Larson Sr. Memorial Park in Barnegat Light starting at 3:30 p.m.
The event’s proceeds will go to Friends of the Southern Ocean County Animal Shelter.
