To the Editor:
Listening to the presentation given by Tata B. Paxton on Sept. 30 titled “Who’s Got the Power?” at the Little Egg Harbor Community Center left me with the impression that when it comes to municipal decisions on planning and zoning, the people’s power is very limited.
A parallel could be made with “What came first the chicken or the egg.” Should environmental decisions take precedence over the state’s mandate on affordable housing.
