A few weeks after some Tuckerton residents reported experiencing discolored tap water in their homes, Borough Clerk Jenny Gleghorn announced at the Sept. 15 borough council meeting that the issue had been resolved.

At the Aug. 18 council meeting, Gleghorn addressed concerns about the water, assuring residents it was safe to use and being tested consistently. She asked those who observed discolored water to report it to the clerk’s office, and said the borough was working to pinpoint the problem.
