Walters Homes in Barnegat Township is continuing its tradition of supporting neighbors in need with its annual Thanksgiving food basket donation. The baskets, which included non-perishable food items and grocery gift cards, were distributed to help local families and individuals who may otherwise go without this holiday season.

This year’s goal was to assist 120 families living in Walters’ income-restricted communities. Walters’ staff assembled and delivered the baskets to residents on Nov. 20.
