I write this letter about Ship Bottom’s proposed short-term rental (STR) ordinance not only as a Ship Bottom rental property owner, but also as the owner of Sand Dollar Real Estate in Surf City. My company has been involved in the LBI summer rental market since 1983 and represents various types of properties from Holgate to Barnegat Light.
