On Nov. 14 Congressman Jeff Van Drew, the Republican who represents New Jersey’s 2nd Congressional District, which includes all of Southern Ocean County, introduced legislation titled the No Commercial Driver’s Licenses (CDLs) for Illegals Act.
The bill would stop states from issuing CDLs to unauthorized immigrants.
