When the Pinelands Regional High School softball team concludes its season Wednesday evening against Southern Regional, it marks the end of the road for two of the best players to come through the program.
“I’m not ready for it,” said Brianna Suralik, the defensive stalwart at second base and one of the Wildcats’ best clutch hitters during the past few seasons, after Pinelands bounced Lacey from the NJSIAA South Jersey Group III tournament with a 6-1 win on May 23.
