Distinctive gullwinged, stainless-steel paneled DMC-12 DeLoreans are garaged for the winter, so it’s an event when the DeLorean Mid-Atlantic Club emerges for the spring social. Challenged by a rainy Saturday morning April 29, they converged on this year’s host location, Jon Miller Car Care Center on Route 9 in Tuckerton.
The innovative, rear-engine, two-passenger sports car produced from 1981 to 1983 has a following of collectors – only about 9,000 were produced by the DeLorean Motor Co.
