To the Editor:
Perspective is “a way of thinking about and understanding something.” I am thinking about and trying to understand why it has taken so long to complete the Manahawkin Bay Bridge and infrastructure project in comparison to other well-known projects.
The agency that is responsible for the project is the New Jersey Department of Transportation. That agency completed the feasibility study for the project in 2007.
