To the Editor:
I don’t understand what is going on with the postcards telling me to write in Jon Oldham for commissioner of Harvey Cedars. Didn’t The SandPaper quote this man saying he wants to retire from his 30 years of public service and spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren? Wasn’t he quoted as saying that after the death of his father he needs to give more attention and time to the running of the Bible Conference? When a man of integrity says what he wants, we need to believe him.
Clearly, he has been, at least, “distracted” over the past year or so.
