To the Editor:

Thank you, Councilman Hodgson, for your courage to “venture out” in this newspaper to address the anonymous letter left in your mailbox (“Here Is the Reason My Trump Sign Will Stay Up,” 1/20). You also raise very eloquent points about this country’s politics.

But I’m not writing to attack the anonymous coward who wrote that letter. We have all experienced cowards and cowardly acts sometimes coming from within our own inner circle of friends or neighbors.
