To the Editor:
My name is William (Bill) Fenimore and I am running in the primary for a position on the Ship Bottom Council. I decided to run for council because I believe it is time for a change and time for someone to listen to constituents’ concerns. The current council is disconnected from the people they are supposed to serve.
As president of the LBI Board of Education, representing Ship Bottom, and every year I served on the board, I created a surplus and brought in every budget below forecast.
