Walk into the Stafford branch of the Ocean County Library on a Monday mid-afternoon, and you might hear the sound of stringed instruments playing in the background. That’s because from 3:15 to 4:30, the Bayside Ukulele Club gets together in the downstairs meeting room.
Players of all levels are invited to participate in this drop-in program.
