When my cellphone rings at certain times of the day or night I can usually guess that the call is not from a friend, relative or business associate.
One possibility is a “scam call.” Somehow, I have not gotten one about my grandson being in jail in a foreign country and needing $10,000 to get him out. Nor have I gotten one from the IRS needing an immediate payment or my house will be seized.
