As the World Series begins, I think about my own personal series. Of course it is not a World Series, nor a country series, nor even a state or town series. And it is softball, not baseball, but what the heck.
When I was 9 years old, I started playing baseball in Little League. I later coached Little League minor league baseball and girls softball and played in a number of men’s softball leagues for 30 years.
