In August I wrote a story about looking back at the past. Recently, I started thinking about looking a little bit into the future.

Let’s start with our automobile. Many of us have personalized license plates. We now have to pick which one we want, fill out a form, mail it in and wait. When it finally arrives in the mail, we have to unscrew the old plates and screw on the new ones. We’re stuck with it, unless we want to buy another one.
