Well, my Christmas vacation flu by. Sympathy and empathy to the many others who were so be-bugged for the holidays.
Despite a viral load on my mind and sinuses, I still managed to rove the Pinelands’ inner/outer reaches, within which I felt a sense of fighting back the blahs through winter forest bathing, a term applied to allowing immunological infiltrations offered by earth, trees and air.
