Let’s talk waves. Let’s talk about fun, peeling, warm, clean (enough) summertime swell. Let’s talk about offshore dawn patrols, low-tide afternoons and evening glass-offs. Let’s talk about longboard gliding, bodysurf poundings and shorty shreds. Let’s talk turns, airs and floaters. (“Tubes” would be getting carried away.) After three weeks, we went from barely a ripple to fully ripplable. The ocean came alive last Wednesday for some really fun surf for the end of the week.
