When Surf City beaches officially open for summer this weekend, some things will be the same and others, like the permit process for the borough boat launch, will be different – but all will be primed for the throngs of seasonal visitors.
“We are ready to go,” Councilman Joe DeBenedetto announced at last week’s borough council meeting.
