In 2000, the age-restricted adult housing development Sunrise Bay was formed in Little Egg Harbor. Over time, short-term trial-run houses turned into long-term homes and neighbors turned into lifelong friends.
Twenty-five years later, 96 of the original homeowners came together Oct. 5 to celebrate the founding of their beloved community and the memories they’ve made over the years.
