Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer recently announced that David Lyons, 44, of Glenside, Pa. pleaded guilty to manufacturing child sexual abuse material and invasion of privacy before Superior Court Judge Kimarie Rahill in connection with an incident that occurred in Beach Haven.
At the time of his sentencing on Nov. 14, the state will seek a term of six years for the sexual abuse material charge and three years as to the invasion of privacy charge. The sentences are to run concurrently.
