August has arrived, and summer happenings are still going strong at the Tuckerton Seaport.
On Water
Hitch a ride to Long Beach Island on the Seaport’s LBI ferry, which runs every Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The trip departs from the Lighthouse Dock at the Seaport and arrives at the public dock on Taylor Avenue in Beach Haven. Tickets are $22 per person; purchase and reserve departure and return times online. Skip the traffic and take the scenic route on your next beach day.
