I’ll strive not to overdo this drought thing despite its dusty intrusion into my autumnal jaunt-abouts in the Pines, as I divide my time between LBI’s sugar sand and the Pinelands’ equally sugary sand.
As restrictions on water usage tighten around the state in response to what is now a D-2 drought (more on that below), this drawn-out dryness might also qualify as an amazing showing of quite nice weather, since no crops are in harm’s way this late in the year.
