Owen LaRocca received an early birthday present from the Stafford Township Council on Tuesday, Feb. 20. The soon-to-be 24-year-old was unanimously voted to fill the open council seat created when Robert Henken was appointed mayor three weeks ago.
“I’m honored to be chosen and honored to have this opportunity to serve and represent the township,” said LaRocca, who turns 24 on Feb. 22.
