Among the Long Beach Island swim clubs, there’s always an excitement, more of an anxious tension, as the season closes in on the championship meet and all five teams are about to get together to throw it down for the finale.

Each team wants to do well, for sure. But two teams, in particular, know how much every point matters, regardless of age group or stroke.
