The new owner of the Spray Beach Bagel N Grill started with a good thing and imagined a few boosts to add – for starters, a 13-foot coffee bar and a cold case of grab-and-go parfaits and protein packs for people in a hurry to get to the beach.
That’s on the inside. But when the line stretches around the corner, not everybody needs to come inside to get what they want. A window on the patio side will open up for service, and entertainment events will sometimes be going on right there.
The mascot on the new clothing merchandise projects the whole vibe: a tanned bagel carrying an LBI surfboard.
