To the Editor:
Most who are familiar with driving on southern Long Beach Island know that the traffic lights in Long Beach Township are turned on (red/yellow/green) in late spring and turned off (blinking yellow/red) in early fall. When turned on, most of the lights turn from green to red (and vice versa) at the same time. My question has to do with the timing of the cycle between light changes.
