The Star-Ledger has a new high school girls volleyball writer and from looking at his 2013 preseason Top 20 you’d swear he’s never spent much time in South Jersey.

Sure, most, repeat, most girls volleyball powerhouses in the Garden State have traditionally been fromthe north- the sport caught on earlier up there so those teams had more on which to build. But you’d have to think that he would have heard of Southern Regional and accorded the Rams a tad of respect.
