About once every summer, the Lizzie Rose Music Room opens its doors to a rip-roaring New Orleans act, the Soul Project NOLA, and this summer is no exception. The five-piece funk sensation is set to take the stage Thursday, Aug. 22, with a brand-new album in tow, Live from Norway, cooked up on tour and dropping Aug. 16.
Jersey Shore musicians and music fans are lucky to live in an area that values live music enough to support artists with a living wage to play.
