The following responds to a letter last week from Pat Klemm, a member of the Franciscan Sisters of Allegany affiliated with the local St. Francis Parish.
Dear Pat Klemm:
I am a Catholic for 69 years, raised as a Catholic and taught by the Dominican Sisters of Sparkhill, N.Y. I attended St. Ann School in the Bronx grades 1-8 and graduated Cathedral High School in Manhattan. I am shocked that any sisters of the Catholic Church would find it acceptable to condemn our elected U.S.
