The 18 Mile Run and 12K Run/Walk are just around the corner, and St. Francis Community Center is looking for community members to assist along the race route. Both begin at 10 a.m. in Holgate on Oct. 11; the former finishes at Barnegat Lighthouse State Park and the latter at 48th Street in Brant Beach, across from St. Francis.
“The success of our 18 Mile Run and 12K Run/Walk depends on the incredible support of our volunteers,” organizers note.
