The owners of Shore Brake Cyclery, Charlie and Chelsea Kulp, announced the purchase of their storefront’s property at 3801 Long Beach Blvd. in Brant Beach. The 2,694-square-foot building will continue to operate as a mixed-use commercial building with two units on the second floor as year-round rental units.
