Never say never. Three properties earmarked by the Ship Bottom Borough Council as affordable housing overlay zones could still become open space in the future, if the conditions are right.
“There is always that chance,” Mayor William Huelsenbeck said Monday, days after announcing he would appoint an open space preservation committee.
