With the unanimous approval from the Ship Bottom Land Use Board last week, the owners of “The Original” Ron Jon Surf Shop have cleared one hurdle in their efforts to build a new single-story structure along Central Avenue where it intersects with Eighth and Ninth streets in the borough.
