The Ship Bottom Borough Council is currently considering its project options for an annual shared service agreement with Ocean County, including bulkhead replacement in one of the borough’s flood-prone areas.
“One of the things I would like to see the money used for is the 25th Street bulkhead,” said Borough Administrator Kathleen Flanagan.
