Over the weekend, I spent a ton of time outside looking skyward, donning my Yogi Berra catcher’s mitt, hoping to secure a bit of falling Chinese rocket debris. Hey, I couldn’t do any worse than the times I’ve sat out there at 3 a.m. anxiously waiting to view rumored meteorite showers that failed to offer so much as a random flicker. The Sino rocket debris hurtled down in the Indian Ocean, which put it pretty much out of reach for even the nimblest catcher.

As D.C. condemns China for its shoddy rocketry practices, I say let ’em launch.
