The sun shone down on 68th Street in Brant Beach on Saturday, where the community gathered on the beach and in the water for Alliance for a Living Ocean’s Longboard Classic, an annual surfing competition that raises funds for ALO’s sustainability initiatives all year long. In addition to local food and beer, the event also hosted a lineup of local, live music, which is what this piece is all about.
Closing out the afternoon was seven-piece project The Samantha Dress Collective.
