To the Editor:
A letter dated Jan. 31, 2024 from the Beach Haven First Aid Squad referencing the Ship Bottom Division of the squad addressed to the Mayor and others in authority asking for an increase in their donation of $25,000. A follow up letter was then sent to explain why the extra donation was needed.
The mayor stated in The SandPaper he didn’t see the letter but was made aware of it’s content. If the letter was addressed to him why didn’t he see it or does someone pick and choose what he should read?
