I’m going to go ahead and call that a Thanksgiving miracle.

I’m sure you could get conflicting reports on this, but in my estimation, we haven’t had a proper overhead day of surf since early June. We had a very small number of good, head-high days, and a few days that were big with onshore winds. But by and large, big, quality surf has been hard to come by. And then the Thanksgiving swell of 2013 happened.
