To the Editor:
The dismantling of Roe v. Wade and the restrictive new laws being legislated by some states are trampling on our religious rights as a Jewish American couple. The Jewish religion believes that a baby is not a life until it leaves the womb.
Muslims believe that a fetus is not a life until the soul is breathed into it. This does not happen at conception but rather 120 days into the gestation of the fetus.
