At its Oct. 2 meeting, the Little Egg Harbor planning board passed a resolution memorializing its prior approval of the preliminary and final site plan for Lennar Corp.’s 415-unit housing development, Venue at Summers Corner.

Despite the decision already being finalized, members of the public showed up en masse once again, determined to put pressure on the board. Residents raised questions about the board’s transparency and the project’s next steps.
