Recently I watched live TV coverage of a House hearing. The House called Jack Smith to testify on his role as a prosecutor when he charged Trump with crimes concerning the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol and keeping confidential documents at his Florida residence. The Democrats defended Smith and the Republicans attacked him.
