The bar renovation by Café Techs NJ at the Union Market in Tuckerton is complete, and summer is picking up steam. The market has partnered with The WooHoo ice cream shop, based in Beach Haven and Surf City, on a new menu item called the affogato, combining homemade vanilla bean ice cream, two shots of espresso and a caramel stroopwafel, a Dutch cookie. The sweet pick-me-up could have patrons crossing the bay on the Seaport ferry for a taste.
