To the Editor:
As concerned property owners and taxpayers of Ship Bottom, we’d like to express our strong opposition to Ordinance 2025-09C. We respectfully remind the borough council that it’s their responsibility is to serve all residents and taxpayers of the borough – full-time, part-time and seasonal – regardless of how much time they spend in their Ship Bottom homes.
If the borough has received specific or repeat complaints related to short-term rentals, we urge you to address those particular offenders…
