To the Editor:
On a recent rainy day we needed to find something to do with the kids to keep them occupied. Three- and 5-year-old girls have no desire to sit in the house and play board games all day so we had to become adventurous in our ideas.
They had put their bathing suits on as soon as they climbed out of bed in anticipation of a fun day at the beach. Unfortunately, that was not in the game plan on this particular day.
