Coffee. It will make you or break you.
I will admit to being a little caught off guard by this hurricane whose name I still cannot pronounce (ees-ah-EE-ahs, from what I am told.) However, I am more caught off guard by the fact that folks can’t be more creative in ways to make coffee without power and the way it brought the Island to a standstill.
LBI took a pretty good beating on Tuesday, one that we weren’t quite expecting. There wasn’t a whole lot of hype nor any evacuations considered.
