The Beach Haven Borough Council will hold a special meeting on Thursday, Jan. 9 at 6 p.m. to hear public comment on a proposed all-inclusive playground that would be an upgrade to the current facility on Nelson Avenue as well as an application to seek Green Acres funding.
The facility, known as Jake’s Playground, had been highly recommended by a parks and recreation committee that last year began looking into improvements to enhance recreation opportunities in the borough.
